In Oct, WPT Royal Flush Lady Brittany bell was topped Miss out on Universe Guam, sweeping every single class and securing a place in the 63rd-Annual Miss Universe Pageant. Brittany, 27, will contend for the final crown and the title of Miss out on Universe 2015 in front of tens of millions of viewers on NBC on January twenty five, 2015 in Miami, Florida.
A graduate from Arizona State College with a Bachelor’s diploma in broadcast journalism, Brittany was born of her mother’s Chamoru heritage mixed with her father’s Indigenous American/West Indian/African American blend. No stranger to leading pageant competitions, she was crowned Miss Arizona in 2010. Brittany was also a member of the Phoenix Suns Dancers from 2006-2009.
“In Guam, there was a stage in historical past when generations have been scolded for speaking in Chamoru and sooner or later it even stopped much of the youthful generations from understanding the language of their heritage,” Brittany suggests.
